Recognition for Efforts Given - Admins

I'm giving dhey and lph a 2 rank promotion for the contribution they make towards the team. However, I'm removing them from admin because they don't need to be an admin for what they do. This will excuse them of any problems that the team may be experiencing from within. Because lately, I've been noticing some things and I can't figure it out and I would hate to take it out on our admins for something they haven't done. This is to inform everyone in case you were wondering what happen. BK
